The final results are in for Rally Japan and the win goes to Frode Solberg, Simone Balbiano and Aki Lairi - all scoring 3115 points this weekend. Sergiu Itu is the top rookie with 3072 - the 4th best score this rally.

Simone Balbiano now tops the standings for the first time this year. Kris Ruts drops to 2nd 41 points adrift, and Jani L completes the podium positions 164 points off the lead. Sergiu heads the rookie championship on 14988 - good enough for 12th overall.

We have reached the schedule start time of SS1 so drivers and teams have been locked down.

Scores will be updated at the end of each day - or more frequently if I have trouble sleeping.

The final scores are in for Vodafone Rally de Portugal.

It's a rally win for Denny O Riordan with a score of 2440. Denny jumps 11 positions to move to 13th in the Championship standings.

Kris Ruts continues to lead the championship and has done so since Rally Sweden. Kris's lead is 564 points over Jani L in 2nd, Simone Balbiano 3rd a further 47 points behind.

Sergiu Itu is the top rookie for this rally with a score of 2109 - good enough for 33rd overall. Sergiu has led the rookie standings since Sweden and carries a 311 point advantage to Japan.
